JCPS superintendent Sue Nations retiring
A Western Carolina University alumnus that climbed to the top of the Jackson County Public School System has announced that she will be leaving this summer, July 1.
Sue Nations, who has led local schools as superintendent since February 2004, broke the news during last week’s Jackson County Board of Education meeting.
