Halloween is one of the more popular holidays on a college campus. It provides a night of free expression, unusual outfits and for those who are daring enough- haunted houses.
With 650 in attendance, 33 evacuations and five peed pants, the eighth annual Wesley Foundation haunted house returned for another successful weekend. On Oct. 28-29, the Cullowhee United Methodist Church was transformed to a paranormal containment unit and black out maze complete with actors, makeup, costumes and props. The haunted house has served to help raise funds for mission trips and this year’s turned a profit of $3,150.
