N.C. Promise has provided Western Carolina University, and its students, with many opportunities. However, people are saying that the main campus is crowded. After 9 a.m., Monday through Friday, many students are experiencing unexpected traffic and limited parking. Another issue is the fact that the summer classes are not part of the NC Promise so the students are paying a higher price per credit.
