Before the start of the season, I had a chat with sophomore forward DJ Myers recorded for The Sports: Plus Podcast.
A North Carolina native, Myers graduated high school at Hargrave Military Academy. Myers has seen limited minutes to start the year, after averaging nearly 16 minutes a game the prior season, but trusts Coach Mark Prosser’s decision and hopes to crack the rotation with impressive showings in practice. He’s currently averaging 1.3 PPG in 4 MPG.
