WCU students fight for gender neutral bathrooms

As Western Carolina University continues to push for more inclusivity and diversity on its campus, non-binary students are fighting for their voices to be among those that are represented and accounted for. Many of these students are struggling to choose which restrooms, male or female, to use in public spaces. Including a gender neutral bathroom would allow for these students to have a safe space to go when needed.

Listen to two-spirited student, Jake Dial, and student activist, Lauren Daubler, as they share their experiences and perspective on the issue.
