In this year’s election, the most competitive local election in Macon County was the district 4 seat for the Macon County Board of Education. Jim Breedlove retained his seat on the board, winning with 44.2% of the vote.
We spoke to some Macon County residents before election day about what they thought was important for education in the local area.
